June 1st 2014: Chicago, IL: Chicago Tech, Inc., one of the largest telecommunications and IT equipment resellers in the Midwest, has announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art headquarters and distribution facility in Northbrook, Illinois. The new facility will enable the 12-year-old firm to accelerate its rapid global sales growth.
The climate-controlled warehouse expands Chicago Tech’s testing and repair capabilities for a comprehensive portfolio of over 70,000 parts that include wireless, data, optical transmission, PCB, wireline, enterprise, and IT systems equipment.
“Our growth has been phenomenal over the last few years and we realized we needed a new primary facility to sustain and accelerate our growth,” reports Chicago Tech’s CEO, Steven G. Saltzman. “We chose the property because of its convenient location to transportation hubs along the I94/I294 Edens spur.”
