Occasionally some products may temporarily be out of stock or on backorder status. Some products are available in limited quantities only and will no longer be available when stock has been depleted. We make every effort to remove discontinued items when stock is no longer available.

When Will Your Order Arrive?
The timing for when you receive your order depends on the shipping method you prefer. Below are the general arrival guidelines, although during certain holiday periods, shipping times may take slightly longer:
* Ground Shipping:
Orders arrive in 7-10 business days from the day and time your order is processed.
* 2nd Day Shipping:
Orders arrive on the 2nd business day by 4:30 p.m. from the day and time your order is processed. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. (CST) will not be processed until the next day.
* Overnight Shipping:
Orders arrive the next business day by 3:00 p.m. from the day and time your order is processed. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. (CST) will not be processed until the next day.
* The Shipping rates and delivery times listed above are only applicable to orders being shipped in the Continental United States. All orders placed with Ship To addresses outside of the Continental United States will be not be processed until the customer has been notified of the actual shipping charges their order will incur and the customer has acknowledged and agreed to pay the actual shipping charges via e-mail.
