Our Process

Chicago Tech performs a thorough physical inspection followed by a system-level test using the manufacturer’s onboard diagnostics. If it passes, we then run live traffic on all of the ports and channels simultaneously to fully load the card. We then run performance tests through cross-connects, span simulators, and sophisticated test equipment. Once the unit passes all of these levels of testing, it is burned in overnight and then retested in the morning. These procedures are in accordance with Telcordia standards.
